Weapon Otawa is a master of hidden weapons. He mostly relies on his needle-like darts called Baika chuuzen or "Cherry Blosson Divine Arrows" that are hidden in his sleeve and are shot when he pulls a small thread (while dstracting with a picture on his other palm of his hand). He used six sharp metal rods that are located on his chest called Rikudouko. Otawa also has Bishamonken sword covered with Bishamonpun which is an iron powder. With these weapons, Otawa uses Kasuibusuen whish is a poisonous gas that paralyzes his opponent.

Personality Otawa is fairly feminine is appearance and in way's of movement. He anjoys killing, which would make him strangely demented, I suppose.
Background Hitokiri fought and killed Otawa's master and friend. So he joines the six comrades when he was offered to avenge his murder. He does not get to fight Kenshin, but Yahiko.
