Wednesday Septmeber 29, 2004
Theory- Also did a drawing from page three in advanced animation.
Lab- Completed Photoshop CIB lesson 6 and saved it to our network folder. Started personal website for class creating daily journal. Worked on uniform logo. Worked on pencil with joint compound.
Thursday september 30, 2004
Theory- Went over thumbnails, rough, and comprehensive layouts. Also finished up reading chapter 16.
Lab- Started chapter 5 notes. Completed chapter 16 questions in notes. Completed photoshop lesson 7 with the pen tool. Updated personal website journal. Worked on uniform logo and recieved two new assignments, one to redesign the Polaris School Board Flyer and one for the Cullinery Connection.

Theory- Completed drawing from Advanced Animation- Body Built from round or circular forms.
Lab- Completed photoshop lesson 7 with the pen tool. Updated personal website.
Monday October 4, 2004
Lab- Network was down.
Theory- Worked on logo design for Culinary Connection. Brainstrormed many ideas and put some ideas together to get different designs. I didn't realize how difficult designing a logo really is until I recieved a task and had a couple hours to work on it. I also updated personal website. Homework was to finish all ten thumbnails.

Lab- Added two more jobs to my job contact page from Sundays paper. Took notes for the dummy copy of the coloring book. Wrote about what the coloring book theme is going to be and what the pictures are going to include in our notes.
Theory- Put together dummy coloring book. Created 10 different logos for our Interactive Mulitmedia class and colored them. Homework was to finish up coloring the logos if you didn't in class.

Lab- Today we opened up Advanced Animation lesson 4. We also Copied chapter 16 notes from the class website and transfered them into our in design notes. We also completed the story for our coloring book. Updated personal website.
Theory- For theory we drew an action animation. We also made a good copy of our logos for Culinary Connection. Also touched up on our Interactive Multimedia logos.

Lab- Today we did advanced animation lesson 5. We also continued on the chapter 16 questions. Messed around in Freehand and just worked with different tools to start us off in that program. We scanned our logos for the IMM class and saved them to our own network folder. We also updated our personal website.
Lab- For the lab portion we drew a copy of an image from lesson 5 in photoshop using the line of action. Recieved three books about photoshop, freehand, and macromedia flash. We started to read the first three chapters of freehand while we went along on the program on the compter.

Monday October 11, 2004
Lab- Today we did advanced animation lesson 7. Messed around in Freehand and just worked with different tools to start us off in that program. We imported our logos for the IMM class and saved them to our own network folder. Took test on chapter 3 of our freehand books. We also updated our personal website.
Theory- For the theory portion we drew a copy of an image from lesson 7. Started to read chapter 4 in the freehand book. Homework is to finish reading chapter 4 if you didn't finish in class.

Theory- Finshed chapter 16 questions up to number 20. Touched up lesson s 4, 5, and 7 pictures and turned them in.
Lab- Today we worked in Freehand. We worked with the filling tool and the rotating tool. Worked on our IMM designs in Freehand. Last thing we did was to update our personal website.

Theory- Completed PhotoshopCIB lesson 8 on birds. Traced the bird and scanned it into the computer and saved it into my network folder. Went over chapter 4 in the freehand book.
Lab- Today we worked in Freehand. We worked with the filling tool. Worked on lesson 1 in freehand using the rectangle tool. Last thing we did was to update our personal website.

Theory- Went over Ohio School Pictres. Will be taken on Friday October 22, 2004 room 125 @ 10a.m. You MUST get your picture taken. Company Ohio School Pictures www.ohioschoolpictures.com Yearbooks may be purchased on that day for $5.00.
Lab- Worked in freehand once again. We went over two chapters for freehand and took the chapter 4 test. Went over path creation tools. Did advanced animation lesson 9.

Theory- Typed in story for coloring book.
Lab- Worked in Freehand. Used the pen tool and the bezigon tool. Completed FreehandCIB lesson 3 with the 2 fish and the wolf. Started on Advanced Animation lesson 10. Updated personal website.
Monday October 18, 2004
Theory- Typed jobs from sundays paper. Met for 10th grade visitiation at 8:40 am-9:00 am. Worked on Freehand 10 chapters. AIP presentation.
Lab- Completed advanced animation 10 in photoshop from the squirell selection.

Theory- Went over chapter 3 Display Options and 4 Working with Pages using the Freehand 10 book.
Continue working on story line for coloring book due Friday October 15, 2004 using InDesign.
Lab- Worked on Advanced Animaion, demonstrated drawing and assigned one sketch from the BIRD page.

Theory- Went over Community Exploration Activity. Used the internet to find out the information.
Lab- Did illustration from the Advanced Animation page The "Screwball" Type character. Did Lesson 3 from Freehand CIB the zoo file. Exported it to web site and posted on the site. Click here to view the zoo project!

Theory- Took year book pictures today. Started Advanced Animation 13.
Lab- today we worked on FreehandCIB lesson 4 using tools from chapters 1-10 in the guide book. Also updated personal website. Homework is to bring in visitation sheet for November 9th and 10th.

Theory- Finished drawing advanced animation lessons 11, 12, and 13. Also drew our characters for the coloring books. Some students started working on there point of there colored pencils.

Theory- Looked at notes on all three Wyeth's. Took a test on the Wyeth's and got a 100%.
Lab- Worked on the coloring book the rest of class. Finished drawing and scanning in all of the pages and layed the coloring book out in InDesign. Updated personal website.

Theory- Learned how to use the 3D transform in Photoshop.
Lab- Completed the brain exercise and then transformed it to be my own brain. Made sure yearbook design was turned in. Started to work on holiday greeting card design. Updated personal website.

Theory- Copied and pasted chapter five notes into our theory notes in Indesign and used the books to answer them.
Lab- I'm going to be honest I started working with the class on the techometer like we were supposed to and then I fell asleep for a little while. I woke up and we were still working on the same thing so I continued working on it and didn't miss out on anything.

Theory- Went through and looked at everyones mondrian layout project. Went over the basic concept of a picture-window layout.
Lab- Did a picture-window layout project and worked on pin and t-shirt desogn contests.
