The New House Part II
After a few disagreements with our last builder, we decided to dump him and look again. Well, we didn't look for long! Here is part two of our house hunt. $177,500 for three bedrooms, ensuite, double garage with all the good inclusions (including ducted gas heating) on a 450 square metre block. YAY!
These are the tiles... unfortunately we did not get to choose the bricks as the house is already half built... luckily, the contract includes exterior bagging and painting - we're very happy with this. The tiles are complementary... a bluey grey in the sun.

And this is the suburb of Dunlop. Our house is in the latest release called Brindabella Rise.
And these are our colours for the kitchen, Blue tiles for the splashback, Graphite benchtop, Folkstone for the cupboards and doors, and Saffron for the floor tiles. The kitchen also comes with stainless steel appliances and halogen downlights for the bench - very swish!
We went out to see the house the other day, and yes, it is very well on its way to completion. Here's some photos:
We have been out a few times since the last photos. 4th August saw the bricking and roof arches finished and most of the bagging done too:
Then on August 10 the gutters and fascias were finished and the majority of the tiles were on:
