A Brief Description.
The Burmese breed are very beautiful cats. They are extremely loveable and affectionate, as well as very intelligent, and quick to learn. Some can even open doors.
They come in 10 different colours, but we only breed the main 4 colours, Brown (Sable), Blue (Silver), Chocolate (Champagne), and Lilac (Platinum). The other colours are Red, Cream, Brown Tortie, Blue Cream, Chocolate Tortie and Lilac Cream. The torties are always females.
Burmese are very good eaters, and will usually eat most foods that are put in front of them. They are very good with children and will tolerate the treatment that young children give them quite well. With their large beautiful golden eyes and glossy coats, they are certainly a beautiful animal, which explains their popularity.
Their build is different to the Siamese. They are a stockier cat, larger in build and very muscley. All in all, they make a very welcome addition to the household of any cat lovers.
