    Spring Is In The Air

The birds are peeking out their heads
And lillies are springing out of bed
The tulips dressed ,in yellow and red

    Spring is in the air

The wind is running through the trees
The tempest is now a mild breeze
Earth is thawing, from winters freeze

    Spring is in the air

The butterflies dance--- in the air
The days are now, gay and fair
The trees have nest's in their hair

    Spring is in the air

The rain gives drink, to thirsty flowers
And clouds burst with April showers
The ivy is growing up the bowers

    Spring is in the air

The bees now hum a merry tune
And kites fly like--hot air balloons
Petals fall from the sky, like June

    Spring is in the air

The bow is set in Heavens sky
And fairies quick, are on the sly
March winds whisper, with a sigh

    Spring is in the air

    A fever sweeps across earth
With tidings-- of joy and mirth
A new dawn delivers, Spring's birth

    Spring has arrived!
