- Rifts®: Its an RPG that I love to play.

Subspace/Continuum:
This is a free user run game that I have been playing on and off for
years! Basically like asteroids, but against other people's ships.
Each zone has individual setting, but they are basically arranged into
a few categories: "Capture the flag," "Gather the flags," "Dueling,"
and "Hockey."
Capture the flag (or
basing) there is one base and each team has to fight to keep it. The
longer you hold the base, the more points you get (Trench Wars, DSB).
Gather the flags is where the flags start neutral in a central
(usually) location, and each team has to hold them for so long to win
the jackpot (T3 Gaunt, DBZ). Next, Dueling is exactly what it sounds
like, usually 1v1 or 2v2 dueling (Dueling league, various others like
Trench and DSB have dueling sub arenas). And last but not least
Hockey! Exactly how it sounds, 2 goals, 2 teams, one ball.
OK well I really hope you
try this game out and if you do look for me! Keegers, or
Future_Trunks_SSJ.
- There is no official site, but
Subspace.net is the closest
thing to it.
- Betas!
- I would like to list the various games that I test here. (If I
can that is) I will also provide my unbiased opinion, cause honestly
I don't get paid for it. I just get to play them.

Shattered Galaxy 1.5
Beta: It's a good game. I actually tested Shattered Galaxy. The
1.5 is just a new version of the original game. It has lots of new
features. Personally I like some of the old layouts better compared to
the new ones, but that's just me. They do offer a 14 day free trial
which I do suggest you use. It is a good game, but I don't have the
money to keep playing it (I think it's $5 a month... but that was for
testers awhile back).
It is a unique game. It's
like a cross between an RPG and an RTS. You have a main character that
determines overall stats. Then you have sub-units that actually do the
fighting for you and your faction. They also raise in level which
allows them to do some different things or hold different equipment.
The controls are easy and
graphics are really good. Go try it out!

Hostile Space Beta:
Well what can I say about this game. This game is currently in open
beta so follow the link to test it too.
I liked. Unfortunately you
really need a mouse to play it, the touchpad on my laptop doesn't work
well with it, so I stopped playing. It's a space based RPG. You are
the captain of a ship. You can choose from several different classes
and races. (I was/am a human mercenary) Every race and class has
different abilities and skills. (an engineer can repair others, a
mercenary is good at fighting or tanking).
I don't know what the game
will cost upon release or when it will be. But the beta is still open
so go and enjoy it!
I am currently playing it
again. Type /ask Trunks and see if I am there!

Dark Space Beta: This is one of the first games I tested.
Its a space-based RPG. You start off with a low rank, but still the
command of your very own ship. (hey it may be small, underpowered, and
vulnerable, but its your damn it!) Anyways, by helping your faction
win each scenario you gain experience and rank, until you are a Fleet
admiral and can command an entire space station! You also gain metals
which let you access new ships. You can be anything you want from a
repairer, bomber, fighter, or capturer. I would definitely suggest
this one too. I loved it and wish I could still play it. As I
remember, some of the graphics eat up a lot of memory, but its some
times worth the wait.
A demo is available at the
site. I play it on and off... you cannot gain rank and the servers you
can access are restricted... but if you like the game and want to pay
for it... if you do well enough while playing the demo you might start
as a Captain instead of a Midshipman.
