Keats Glen is located near the intersection of Route 322 and Corner Ketch - Lyndell Road, in Downingtown Pennsylvania. Keats Glen is a Southdown Homes Community consisting of 50 single family homes, situated in East Brandywine Township in Chester County Pennsylvania.

Next "All Homeowner's" Meeting Scheduled (Posted October 26, 2005)
The next general meeting for Keats Glen homeowner's is scheduled for November 9, 2005. We will discuss the budget at this meeting.

By Laws Committee formed (Posted October 26, 2005)
The Keats Glen Homeowner's Association has formed a new comittee to review and possibly suggest changes to the current by-laws. The By-Laws Committee will be chaired by Eric Petertonjes and its members will include Bob Carrol, Jacqueline Grafstrom, Dave Huggins, Mark Kelly and Dave McHoul.

Keats Glen Homeowner's Association

The purpose of the homeowner's assocation is to continue to help make Keats Glen an enjoyable and safe place to live. The association, comprised exclusively of Keats Glen residents, organizes social events, helps protect property values, maintains the neighborhood, and addresses any neighborhood concerns with the township or builder.

The board meets on the second Wednesday of every month and there is a general meeting, open to all homeowners, once per quarter. Any news about upcoming meetings or other concerns will be posted to this site on an ongoing basis. Please feel free to e-mail the board at [email protected] with any suggestions, ideas, or concerns.
