I have posted this site to make others aware of the work I completed for my graduate thesis in building sciences at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. The title of the thesis is: A Mechanism for Individual Thermal Comfort in Auditoriums.

This is a comprehensive non-experimental research investigation that looked at historical and current attempts at providing individual thermal comfort for occupants seated in an auditorium.

I have researched dozens of patents over the course of this project, all of which helped me to strengthen my ideas. In the thesis, I have proposed several design concepts and then attempted to give a sense of their cost.

Like any graduate thesis, a lot of time and effort was put into completing it. I have made many valuable contacts, all of whom have helped me advance this project.
