HRIS is designed to
address to the computerization needs of government and private
institutions with regards to its human resource data. It offers
functionality that provides human resource managers the ease of keeping,
tracking and updating of employees' information and at the same time it
helps in gathering information that would be critical in making decisions
and appropriate actions thus lessening the clerical functions of human
resource managers and making them more of the decision makers.
It is made up 3 integrated modules that would help HR managers with their
