"While I was with 68th AREFS in 1957 we lost a line to 3080 valve. I climbed down to the reservoir and poured hydraulic fluid into it until I ran out then I poured prop oil in which ruined the valves, but we completely off loaded into B-47. You haven't lived until you've opened a can at 15-20000 ft with a crash axe. I got a shower of hydraulic fluid and prop oil.
