"Who?!" said the three girls simultaneously craning their necks to see over the crowd.
"Over there, " she replied. "It's AJ's girlfriend, Diana."
"Oh..." was all Taylor could say as she tried to mask her disappointment. Diana was a stunning brunette with sparkling eyes and a bubbly personality. She instantly ran over to them and introduced herself.
"Hi. I'm Diana. I told the guys I would pick you up because they are unfortunately stuck at a photo shoot."
"Oh, well thank you Diana. I suppose we'll just see them later," said Mrs. Littrell.
"I'm sure you're all starving. How about we go out for something to eat. I'm always hungry," Diana said smiling.
"Sure. That sounds great," replied Amy.
The Littrells, Amy, Angela, Diana, and Taylor piled into the Suburban that was waiting outside for them. The car pulled up in front of a small bistro just outside of Orlando. Taylor, Angela, and Amy sauntered into the diner which was empty. They sat in a booth near the window and Diana, Mr. and Mrs. Littrell sat at a table next to them. Another car pulled up just then. Two guys climbed out and walked into the diner. All Taylor heard was, "Mom!" and her eyes grew wide. She spun around and saw Brian Littrell and Kevin Richardson standing near the doorway. Mrs. Littrell got up to hug her son. Slowly, Taylor rose from her seat and walked over to her aunt.
Brian smiled at her and said, "So you must be my cousin."
Taylor nodded and stretched out her arm for a handshake. He stepped toward her and hugged her. "I'm really glad to meet you," said Brian.
"Me too," she finally managed to say, "I was so happy when I found out I had more family. I am a little surprised to see you though. I thought you had a photo shoot today."
"Yeah I did, but we finished early and besides I really wanted to meet you." Taylor blushed slightly.
She stood there for a second when she heard Angela conveniently clear her throat. "Oh yeah. Brian, these are my friends Amy and Angela."
"Nice to meet you," he said to them.
Everyone sat down and ate lunch before making their way to Brian's house where the three girls would stay for the next three weeks.
The heat was stifling as the 5 people stepped off the plane. It was a gorgeous sunny day in Florida. Mr. Littrell insisted on searching for the bags as the rest of them went looking for Brian. As soon as they stepped out of customs, Mrs. Littrell remarked, "Oh look who's here to pick us up."
