| Hi and welcome to Lavaplay! Okay first I want to give a breif description and the overall goal for our site. Then I will go on with news and future plans. Have you ever wanted to create your own computer games without having to learn lots of hard code? Well that is what we do here at Lavaplay. We want to create a fun community of gamemakers that use the awesome program called Gamemaker (download at Gamemaker.nl).This computer programming software is free! And you can even sell games that you create with gamemaker! This software will let you create 2d and 3d games (3d requires a low price registration fee). This program is not only for creating games you can also construct programs like a media program! (download one at Logo-games.2ya.com to see an example of one). This is our brand new layout! (for those of you who want to see how the old site worked click here. The old site is still almost totally functional except it does not have the newest games) Please check out our games Ghost Wars Classic, Lavaplay Red VS Blue (the sequal) and the all new Tri Shooters that brought home Second place in the Game Showcase GM Competition. Max Karimnia from Logo-Games did a review on Squares! This game acheived the Lava Hot rating! The next reveiw that we will have will be on Balooning from Logo-games. Thanks to Max Kirmnia for our first review. May 18 2005 I added Tri Shooters to our game section.Lavaplay and Logo-games.2ya.com went together to bring y'all a awesome game! It is a very fun game! You should play it because I could not figure out a description for it that fits! Patrick and I were awake at 1 am last night and we were planning lots of new stuff for the new game we make! Here is one feature the new game will have but no other game made with gamemaker has had, plug ins! The game will have plug ins and updates available to keep you all coming back to lavaplay.wb.st for more! More information at a better time because my mom wants me to empty the dishwasher haha. Oh ps. this game brought back 2nd place in a gm competition I'll also get more info about that to. May 17 2005 Tommoro I will plan to have the newest most updated final of the Ghost Wars 2: Red VR Blue. I considered taking the original Ghost Wars game off the site all together but then I thought some of you may want to see how much greater of a programmer Patrick has gotten. Patrick and I may be planning on making a new game. We are just brain storming on what and how it will be. May 15 2005 I am getting back into this site I am trying to figure out how to get my good computer to work.. hmm maybe it is not my good computer in all features. I am adding all types of new stuff to the new layout I will make this public very shortly in a couple of days. I know some of the links are not working properly. I am working on that. I will promise to have the Art and Game Reveiws up by next Friday. I know right now those are the main ones that are not working and I first have to get a page to link them to. I will also try to get myself reposted on the topsites and further more to get new affiliates to get traffic. I will be fixing recourses to resources soon. My bad spelling and typos combined are not very pretty. |
