Lexington Dog Walking

I created a website for my imaginary uncles business, Lexington Dog Walking. The purpose of this website is to showcase the skills that I learned using HTML 5 and CSS. Throughout out the 8-week course, I have learned a lot. To meet my objective of creating a clean, professional, and visually appealing website I completed the initial site planning, site structure, navigation design, and site aesthetics.

The overall design of my website reflects the community that it serves. I was born and raised in South Philadelphia. The web site captures the feel of the neighborhoods by using a brick background image throughout the pages. I chose the use black as my primary font color for its sharp contrast on the brick. The Navigation bar was colored light green to add a splash of color and bring out the earth tones in the main picture on the index page.

In the future, would like to continue to modify the look and feel of the website. I would have liked it to have a subway theme, something that is distinctly Philadelphia. If I had more time to work on this project, that is what I would have attempted to accomplish.

Lexington Dog Walking Company was statered 2 years. I love dogs and so does each member of my staff. We are deidicated to providing quality service to each customer with a smile.
