I was born in Saratoga Springs NY, but I lived in Maine from 1990 to 1999. I now live in Sutton NH. I am a graduate of Narraguagus High School (class of 1995), and of the University of Maine at Orono, class of 1999, with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (electronics). I have thoughts of pursueing a masters degree, but have only made it half way.
Some day, I will have a webpage up for my car, which is a 2004 Volkswagen Jetta Station Wagon, with TDI, 5spd and GLS optioning. Until then, for information on VW TDI's and the awesome fuel mileage that they can get, go see Fred's:

I should add, in the 30kmiles that I have driven *my* VW, I have averaged 45mpg, and this summer I will start burning a mixture biodiesel in my car. I routinely go 600 miles on a tank of fuel, and once did 750 miles before refueling. Try that in most econobox cars...
I am married to a wonderful woman, Kristi. We are expecting our first child in May. When he (and we know it's a he, BTW) is finally born, I'll probably post some pic's here like any proud daddy. Oh, and she is a ham radio operator too, with the callsign AB1CG.
