Payment can be monthly or quarterly. A discount is given for quarterly payment where USD25 will be the required fee.
Payment is easy via paypal at account at https://www.paypal.com with my email id [email protected] as the identifier. Once payment has been made I will forward on the prepared newsletters for the month.
My deliverable will be to email out a weekly newsletter covering news of Kazakhstan and Kazakhstan adoption from the previous Saturday through Friday. There will be 2-3 weeks where I may be on holiday in the year. In this instance the newsletter will still be compiled but emailed as soon as I return.
I would like the monthly payment to occur in the last week of the preceding month. I will send out a reminder a few days before month end if nothing has been received.
I can only help summarise what information is available. If over holiday periods or slow periods there is very little interaction on the Bulletin boards or newspaper sites, then the newsletter will obviously be shorter.
I will always ensure that the newsletter is no longer than 2 pages. This enables easy, quick reading.
