Once we receive your order form, we will get the product together and packaged for shipping, then send you a pay pal request for the total with tax and shipping.When will I receive my order?
Once we have received payment, we try and make sure orders are shipped out by the next business day. All orders are sent by priority mail, so generally you will receive them in 7-10 business days at most.Can you do customizations?

You may cancel an order up until it has been shipped. Once we have shipped the order, it can no longer be cancelled, and the product would instead have to be returned.Am I able to return or exchange?
