To maintain the quality of learning, each department is entrusted with the implementation of its retention guidelines:

A. Education Department
1. No failing grade in any subjects enrolled.

2. Maintains the general average of 83% for every semester of each curriculum year effective AY 2012-2013.

3. for BSED students, grades of 80% and above in English, Professional Education and major subjects.

B. BS Accountancy
in order to qualify for being retained in the second, third and fourth year Accountancy Course, students should comply with the following:

1. A general weighted average of 85% at the end of each year and a grade of 83% or above in all Acoounting,English,Taxation and Business Law subjects.

2. No failing grade.

3. A passing grade for the accounting qualifying exam given at the end of the first and second years.






6.1 Requirements for Graduation
A candidate for graduation will be allowed to participate in the commencement exercises only if he/she can submit a fully accomplished clearance and completed the number of units specified in his/her course as prescribed by CHED/TESDA.

6.2 Graduation Attire
Sablay is officially used for graduation in lieu of traditional toga.







The school allows educational and day trips provided that it is part of the curriculum and subject and approved by the Administrative Team. Such trip should also follow the CHED Memorandum No. 17 series 2012- Policies and Guidelines on Educational Tours and Field Trips of College and Graduate Students (Appendix C).
