3.1 Subject Load

The subject load and sequence of the subject of student shall be in accordance with the approved curriculum for each program or course of study.

No student is permitted to take advance subject(s) until he/she has satisfactorily passed the pre-requisite subject(s) otherwise such subject(s) cannot be given credit.

No credit will be given to any subject not listed in the Registrar's copy of the Registration Form.

3.2 Overload

Overload is any number of units above the regular load. Under no circumstances will any student be allowed to take to the extra load without the prior approval of the Department Dean and endorsement of the Registrar.

A graduating student may be permitted, upon the discretion of the school, an additional six(6) units in the last semester.

3.3 Attendance and Absences Policy

Students are expected to attend his/her classes regularly.
Attendance is counted from the first day of classes regardless of the time or day the student enrolled.

The student's absences should not exceed the following limits:
