Noriyasu Seta

 He's a tall, handsome, yet bold guy who works as an archeologist in Tokyo University. He was Naru and Kitsune's tutor when they were in high school. He is also Sarah McDougall's foster father. He's the only one who could ever beat Motoko Aoyama. Seta is a very very bad driver and everytime he drives, he'll end up crashing into something and get out of his van with his head bleeding. (Yes, he's still alive after all of those crashes!)
