Mei Narusegawa

Mei is Naru's little sister. They aren't related by blood. Naru's mother married Mei's father. She only appears when she comes to Hinata-Sou to take Naru back home. She tries to get Keitaro and Mutsumi together so Naru will be heartbroken.
