Health is the most crucial factor for human beings. Without a good health, we will not be able to do any task properly and accordingly. Unfortunately, poor health is the number one problem in our country. It is very common to see even the young ones suffering from health diseases such as diabetes, coronary diseases other chronic diseases.

These are some of the tips to stay fit and healthy. It all starts from food, because food is the determining factor for good health. Our food should always consist of a good amount of vegetables like carrots, tomato, broccoli, cabbage, spinach, beans and the list goes on.

Vegetables like garlic can reduce the quantity of fats in the blood and it even helps the nervous system and coronary blood vessels, besides that garlic is regarded as one of the most effective remedies to lower blood pressure. Vegetables like carrots can prevent the formation of gastric ulcer and other digestive disorders. Basically carrots are good for digestion. While veggies like tomato is good for diabetes, eye disorder, urinary disorder and so on. And it is always important to have a balanced diet.

Besides that, fruits must be taken daily or even after every meal. Fruits such as banana are good for digestion and it also produces energy and vitality for the body cells. Apple is a very beneficial for several diseases, especially stomach disease. There is even a saying that “an apple a day keeps the doctor away”. And orange is very useful for bone and teeth disease.

Most importantly, drink a lot of water and it is advised to drink eight glass of water a day but it is very good to drink a glass of water every hour, minus the hours of sleeping. Water will keep a person fresh, energetic and it is even the best natural facial medicine. Besides that, water can even help a person to loose weight and loosing weight via drinking water is the most recommended and the healthiest way.

At this juncture I would like to stress that please avoid excessive alcohol and do not smoke because these two factors are the significant factors that can destroy a person’s good health.

Reduce sugar in every food we consume. Excessive sugar may lead to diabetes one day. Although we need a certain amount of sugar in our body to give us energy but too much of it is dangerous. But if we have sweet teeth, we can take honey as a substitute to sugar because it is advised to take honey daily.

Moreover, honey nourishes persons suffering from diabetes to whom sugar would be harmful. Besides that honey is the most easily assimilated food and potassium, iron, copper and magnese are some of the minerals that are ingredients of properly ripened honey. Moreover honey is the finest carbohydrate food in existence.

Physical exercise is something which is a must for every human being. We should practise regular physical exercise in order to prevent from diseases and also to stay healthy. Regular exercise can reduces the risk of developing diabetes, feelings of depression, stress and anxiety, the risk of dieing from heart disease and the risk of developing high blood pressure. Besides that it helps to control our body weight, build and maintain healthy bones, muscles, and joints.

Exercise like sit-ups, push-ups, stretches and other basic exercises are something which can be done daily in our rooms. Besides that, we should also get into some outdoor sports like jogging, badminton, football and so on at least once a week.

But it is always vital to consult the physiotherapist or the physician before starting any serious exercise.
