The Terry County Cemetery Records were originally compiled by the Terry County Genealogical Society and printed by Brownfield High School's Vocational Office Education Class in 1974. Many, many thanks for permission to place them on my website, "Terry County, Out Of The Past".

The records for the Brownfield Cemetery in sections I, II, III, and IV below were compiled in 1974. If you are researching for a death later than 1974 you will need to check out section V below, which contains records for 1973 thru 1994. For records later then that you will probably need to contact the Bureau of Vital Statistics in Austin if the death occurred in Texas.

Having deep roots in Terry County and having spent my formative years there I will be able in some instances to add additional information regarding different families and I will add this information as a note in hopes that it will help someone further along in their research.
