Celestia is a fire elemental who lives among humans. The picture to the right is of her in her human disguise as elementals themselves have no fixed form. The picture is a little rough as I drew this one in pencils.

After the country was nearly destroyed by a cival war caused by a power struggle between men, the Queen has been determined that a man will never again gain a place of power in the country and so she forbids them to be togeather.
