This is my first day out in town for weeks now.
My phone is out of credit, I’ve got people to call things to get done…
Rush hour starts in 2 hours.. fuck I’m so stuffed.
How can the life of a job in pending person be so stressful?
I mean, how stressful can it be to decide what shoe I want? Ok we all know why..time to review money making scheme *picks up bank vault blueprints*
I need a new shoe.. and I’m not just being a posh bird about it. Heck this makes me think about all the little things that I want… *little voice behind head says* yeah how about a new boyfriend for a star you lifeless fuck?!! *chases away imaginary flies* get away from me you pesky little things!!
Bloody hell, they’re right.. I AM losing it.
I’m sat at Starbucks… if you have not imagined already. Except this one’s at KL Plaza.. where it’s hot and humid and the stupid fans that spray water are annoying………. They make my hair frizzy.
There’s
a good lot of year end sales going about now. But somehow.. being the cow that I
am… I can’t find anything I’d really want to buy seriously. Well heck
there is that pair of Blahniks ….. and the pink Suede Moschino’s… or that
Sergio Rossi boots… focus Kat focus… Call me a ridiculously posh
bird..(without the cash) but what’s the point of wasting money on second best
when u can save it for the best? Who wants to settle for a second best guy? Smart
thinking Kat….. try and put your words to practise and THEN we’ll talk.
*waves hands franctically to chase nosy thoughts away*… Good god who
the hell put them there? I am not paid to write with a conscience hanging over
my head *bangs fist at editor* Wait a minute… I am the writer and the
editor.. hmmm *evil grin spreads across this otherwise innocent face*
Well anyhows I ended up buying a few things today… though I wonder how close they were to my original list…
Original list:
1. Something off the new M.A.C collection.
2. Shoes for work.
3. Clothes for work
4. Room deco stuff.
5. Pseudo dread-locking stuff.
6. Wide toothed comb.
What I bought:
1. A cuppa mocha (need we ask)
2. Loreal Out of Bed fibre putty.(good for glossy but hard dreads)
3. A glitter black eyeshadow and an oh-so-nude lip colour from M.A.C (both from the new collection)
4. A small bottle of ‘Brandied Apple’ room fragrance from the Body Shop.
5. Hair ties.
I guess I’m not all that off tracked??
Well it’s 1.37am now… went for a movie earlier on… Cantonese show.. When the heck was the last time I watched a Chinese movie in the cinema? Went to the mamak as well.
What can I say? I dare not think.
Say …the ‘Brandied Apple’ has not failed to meet it’s expectations…Makes me think of fruit cake and Christmas. Which makes me hungry. *slaps forehead*
I have got boxes to create.. leaflets to design and I better be snappy cuz the boss needs 2K each within a week. Urgh deadlines… Well I’m off to sleep now and hopefully it’ll be much more peaceful in dreamland.
Oh and by the way, Mr. I’m-such-a-sleazebag-I-don’t-blush tried to ‘offer’ me a better …well offer? But obviously I had to give him a refusal he couldn’t …. Er.. refuse?
Well that’s another story.. tomorrow perhaps.
