Nausicaa     Laputa    Totoro     Grave of The Fireflies    Princess Mononoke     Spirited Away

         The story takes place at million years after the global war that
   known as the "Seven Days of Fire," which destroyed human civilization
   and most of the Earth's original ecosystem. Scattered human
   settlements survive, isolated from one another by the Sea of Decay. It
   is a lethally toxic jungle of fungus swarming with giant insects.

         Nausicaa, young princess of the peaceful Valley of the Wind. She
   can communicate with the giant insects (particularly with the Ohmu, a
  huge, armored, caterpillar-like insect in the Sea of Decay). The Valley
  of the Wind is threatened when another state, Pejite, unearth a God
  Warrior embryo which is then stolen by a state, Tolmekia.

         Nausicaa tries to safe her valley and stop the warring nations from
   destroying the only means by which their world can be saved from the
   spread of polluted wastelands.
