After quite a hiatus and following the closure of saLt-online.com, I have decided that it is time to re-introduce this website.

Beginning in January, this site will be updated on a (fairly) regular basis and will be the new home of all previously-published articles from saLt, an archive which will periodically be updated with new stuff.
