Welcome to my personal homepage!
Currently I am working as a researcher at the Danish Meteorological Institute in Denmark.
(Un)fortunately I am not a 24 hour dedicated researcher allthough I enjoy my work and I do spend more
than a normal working week on it.
This page, though, will indicate that I spend many enjoyous hours on a lot of other things in my life.
These counts everything from playing the flute, listening to music and sports/outdorrs activities.
As a climate researcher I can not help caring about the Earth and the
environment so on this page you can also find links to several
organizations taking care of the Earth and animals having to cope with us
nasty humans :-)
Another research field I find interesting is the mysterious human brain. This interest involves both scientific research but also the buddist tradition of meditation. What is emotional intelligence and what is best the journey to achieve inner peace?
