< artists' forum >

the forum is a chatroom with plus capabilities. it's hosted by groupboard. currently the chatroom can only host up to 5 users at one time. sorry, i aint got the money to go premium. in a sense, in this groupboard we can draw, chat and send instant messages privately to other online users. there is no set date for online meets as of now, if u guys would like one, feel free to email me a suggested time and day of the week.

< interactive corner >

feel that message boards aren't enough? gotta sign up for this one! it's a club hosted by community zero. pretty much hits the mark on my goal of making a studio. there's the discussion board, a notepad for short messages, image gallery where you can upload your pics for critiques, and sharing files. there goes the mp3s!

< library >

it's finally here!!! my online library. it's not much at the moment but i hope it will do for now. check it out.

< tutorials >

i haven't had time to do tutorials myself and i do believe i'm not worthy of making one yet, so i decided to put up links for you guys instead. the link above will begin your journey of learning more about art.

< my comments >

i just wanna share my reason for making a studio for my site.

a professor in college once told me that a studio should not only be a workroom for artists but rather be the place where everyone shares each others thoughts and knowledge. each and every one of us have different abilities when it comes to illustration. each has it's own style and artistry. each seeks for improvement.

this is the sole purpose and goal of the studio, "to help yourself and others to improve through sharing our knowledge of the medium and through critiques"

why? it's probably because i've spent a long time drawing and i learned mostly from image references. one can improve by doing so but i have never improved so much till last year when i met a group of people who meet each saturday just for the purpose of chatting and sharing their artworks. and as far as i know, these kind of groups are hard to find, so i guess, i just want to do the same thing in the internet society.

i know it sounds a bit cheesy but that's that.
