Daydreams

This poem is basically a summary of my series of books I am writing which are sci-fi/fantasy.  They are about a group of four normal teenagers who are fairly good friends (though two are best friends), and they take a trip to a fantastical world named Majestic.  I had written about nine chapters last year when I came upon the idea of writing a book for each character.  Recently I have been working on the beginning of Andrew's book (which I hope to also include on my webpage), and I've got the beginning of Danielle's book, too.  So here's the poem about all four characters, and I've included an interpretation at the bottom of the page.

Let's walk among the stars
And be bathed in the starlight
Let's gather all the stardust
And spread it out again

Let's swim in the waters
Of the Crystal Clear ocean
Let's glide through the waves
As we ride upon dolphins

Let's lounge on the silky sands
And together watch a sunrise
Let's dance around the fire
And rejoice the name of the great hero

Let's stroll through the maze
Of the deep green Forest
Let's uncover hidden mysteries
In the sparkling Underground Caves

Let's float upon a cloud
And together watch a sunset
Let's fly with the unicorns
And sleep on a bed of roses

Let's learn our different powers
To prepare for the battle
Let's defeat the evil creatures
To bring new Light to the kingdom

Let's travel through oblivion
And once again return to reality
Let's meet again another day
And travel back to Majestic
