"Kastle did an outstanding job on working with the migration of Jafra web sites into a new environment. She easily comprehended the new site maintenance structure and successfully learned how to load and maintain content. She was exceptional in terms of testing the environment and acting as a liaison with IT in reporting problems and addressing all web site issues in regards to content. Her comprehension and follow-through of the entire project proved again that she is thoroughly capable of handing intensive new projects with little or no supervision. 

Kastle displayed her project leader creativity and project management capabilities by assuming the lead on new projects developed with other team members. She created numerous support materials for these projects for the training and public relations areas. In addition, she submitted other various project proposals such as a Generation Y strategy to attract a younger market segment.

Kastle continuously demonstrates a high degree of personal initiative in creating new projects which will benefit the company, of working with the team in new project development, and in successfully following-through with all projects that are implemented – making Kastle an exceptional project leader with a keen understanding of project management."

"This past year, Kastle did an exceptional job in expanding the copy arena and participating in two major projects, both initiated by her.

Kastle created the Heart Disease Awareness Campaign in 2005 which ultimately became the 2006 Beautiful Heart Campaign with American Heart Association. She successfully acted as project leader for this promotion in which she independently oversaw the planning and development of all of the support materials.  She demonstrated an excellent understanding of Project Leader skills and showed a great ability to lead, organize and follow-through for a successful launch of this project. 

In addition to the Beautiful Heart Campaign, Kastle also initiated a Door Knockers project overseeing a company PR/marketing program to market Jafra door-to-door. In this project she again showed her creativity for designing and creating the materials and her leadership skills in overseeing materials development.

This past year Kastle also did an exceptional job in multi-tasking during a very demanding year – when her regular copy and internet maintenance duties were interjected with two major web site re-designs. Kastle did an outstanding job in helping to develop superior web sites for the company, which will ultimately be the most user-friendly Jafra has ever launched for its Consultant base, and internally will be the most content-efficient web sites in terms of ongoing maintenance and content development.  She was exceptional in her interaction skills with the team and showed an outstanding ability to learn and understand the new maintenance environment quickly."

"Kastle brought a clearly contemporary and creative edge to copywriting and excels in an editorial style. She has been exceptional in working independently to manage the variety and number of copy projects assigned to her as well as independently overseeing web site copy content and site updates that ensure information is presented on deadline and the web sites stay consistently maintained.  She has analyzed aspects of the web site helping them to become more user-friendly. She has also been successfully independent on creating eblasts and managing the entire eblast procedures from learning how to execute, manage and analyze email activity and has shown her skills in leadership by helping our team assistant learn the email system as well.

Kastle also proved to be a vital member in the updating of the company web sites, contributing ideas to make the sites more valuable.  In working with project leaders on varying projects, or coming up with her own project ideas, she has proved she is a team player who consistently and successfully contributes to the team effort.

Kastle has proven herself to be a great independent worker who you can rely on to get the task done, which is a skill and quality management greatly values in their team members.
