I moved into an apartment building, if you can call it that.  There are I believe 8 apartments in total, a small place, but rather high, I live on the fifth floor.  I now have a roommate and am enjoying it in my new place.  I am now closer to shopping, banking and restaurants.  Not that I was far before, but now it I just walk across the street instead of a 2-3 minute bike ride.

Through the bathroom window you can actually see Mathildenhohe.  Unfortunately, the camera can't pick that up.

Again, a small kitchen, probably my biggest gripe.  Not a whole lot of space to work in and dirty dishes don't have much place to pile up.  Maybe that's a good thing ;-)

The view from my window.  You can see Volksbank on the corner and then a bit further down is a hair salon, newspaper store, optician, grocery store, and butcher.

This way heads to the city and there are some restaurants within a couple of blocks.  Including a Vietnamese restaurant where my family ate in the summer.
