Jerusalem has been the capital of the Jewish People for over 3000 years.

Jerusalem has never been the capital of any Arab or Muslim entity.

Prior to WW1 there existed not one sovereign Arab Moslem state in the Middle East, Persian Gulf or North Africa.

Prior to the 1900's there was no such concept as a "Palestinian People".

Jews have had a continuous presence in Israel for well over 3000 years.

Records of a "Palestinian" entity are non existent.

The return of Jews in the  19th and 20th centuries created employment. Arabs from impoverished areas came in droves seeking work and access to Jewish medical care.

There has never existed any distinctive Palestinian language or culture. There has never been a country by the name of Palestine governed by Palestinians.

Until 1948 the identity of "Palestinian" was synonymous with Jew living in the land called Palestine. The rest of the inhabitants were referred to as Arabs.

Until 1921 the area of  "Palestine" (Israel) comprised 118,000 sq. km. In 1921, Britain severed 3/4 of total area of  Palestine and created Jordan to the east of the Jordan river.

In the 1940's large numbers of Arabs arrived in Palestine (Israel) from outlying areas and were admitted by the British into Palestine (Israel) with neither passport or visa. These people were promptly awarded refugee status by the UN, which enabled them to receive food and a monthly income.

Yasser Arafat  was born in Cairo on August 24 1929. His full name is Mohammed Abdel Rahman Abdel Raof Arafat al Qudua Al Husseini.

Today 3/4's of the population of Jordan is comprised of people referred to as "Palestinians."

For 2000 years, the area of land known as "Palestine" was comprised of desert, malaria infected swamps, and few inhabitants -  most of which were transient.

In 1857 a British diplomat in Palestine reported, "The country is in a considerable degree empty of inhabitants and therefore its greatest need is that of a body of population."

Islamic terror against Israel began while Egypt ruled Gaza and Jordan ruled the "West Bank" - before Israel began administration of the territories. (see Islamic Terror pre-1967)

The "West Bank" belonged to Jordan since 1948 -  not the Arabs living in Palestine (Israel).

The Gaza strip belonged to Egypt since 1948 -  not the Arabs living in Palestine (Israel).

The refugee problem began as a direct result of the attacking of Israel in 1948 by Egypt, Syria, Iraq, Jordan, and Lebanon.

The Golan Heights were included within Mandatory Palestine, when the British Mandate was formally granted by the League of Nations in 1922.

In 1923, Britain ceded the Golan Heights from Israel (then Palestine) - (1,176 square kilometers) to the French Mandate of Syria.

Palestinian leaders claim that Israel is built on Arab land, when the truth is that eyewitnesses such as Mark Twain and Rev. Manning of England who visited the Holy Land in the last century wrote that the land was barren and empty. The population then was less that 5% of today's population.

The army of Jordan crossed the Jordan river in the 1948 war - they occupied "Judah" and "Samaria" renaming it the "West Bank." After 19 years of occupation they lost this land to Israel in the '67 war.
