My love affair with cloth dolls began with a pattern I bought at a stitches and craft show.It sat in my cupboard for several years while I got on with the business of raising my family.
After my flirtation with porcelain dolls I finally made her up adding a few personal details.

I was hooked!

I began scouring the Internet for patterns and started making up patterns from other designers but soon that wasn�t enough. I then ventured into making my own patterns.

Now I had a new dilemma. All artists like to sell their work but I couldn�t bear to part with them. The answer � Sell the patterns.

While in Venice I was amazed by all the beautiful masks and was able to convince one of the mask makers to part with his secrets and teach me how to make them. Nobody was offering courses at that time.

I started of by making a few party masks but soon became more adventurous. As well as traditional Venetian designs I make many masks that are original and one of a kind often using recycled jewelry and vintage fabrics.

Since I started selling them my masks have gone all over the world to country�s like USA, England, Germany, Canada and even one to Italy.
