Instructions:
Click on a prefecture name  and you will be taken to a closeup of that prefecture.  There you will be able to click on individual planet names and find out what is occuring there.  If you click on the whole map button you will be taken to the entire map where you will be able to see the universe.  This will also allow you to click the specific areas for greater detail.

SA: Not allowed
PC: Allowed
MC: Not Allowed
SC: Allowed
HRs: Not allowed.
Terrain: Bring 3 place 2
