Lion's head: The famous Baguio landmark found along Kennon Road.

Baguio is known as the Summer Capital of the Philippines. The citys high elevation and altitude causes it to have a mild temperature, one that is relatively lower (eight degrees cooler on the average) than the rest of the country. It is a highly urbanized city in Benguet province under the Cordillera Administrative Region in northern Luzon.

The land established by the Americans in 1900 can be accessed through three main roads: Kennon Road, Naguillan Road, and Marcos Highway. However, if youre traveling on air, there is the Loakan Airport.

This city is known for its crisp vegetables, tasty strawberries, and colorful flowers. Every February, it celebrates the Panagbenga flower festival.
