Summer Project (April-June 2001):
Company: Samsung India Electronics Ltd., Noida
Project Title: To study the logistics practices followed in the consumer durable sector and suggest improvements in the supply chain of Samsung India.
Project Details: Information was gathered from nine consumer durable companies in and around Delhi regarding their logistics and supply chain management practices by means of a questionnaire. Subsequently, a comparative statement of all the companies was prepared and most effective logistics practices were recognized.
