| The chapter has been extremely busy recently participating in campus activities. We placed third in the Pi BEta Phi Bowl-a-thon, placed third in the Delta Gamma Anchor Bowl, and also placed third in the current members first season of intramural basketball. The chapter held the Kappa Sigma Car Bash to benefit a family in a serious automobile accident over Christmas break. The car bash was our philanthropy, and we raised around $500 to help the family. We have also been on a year long campaign for the Ronald Mcdonald house collecting pop tabs for them. So far we have collected over 12,000 tabs. We appretiate all the effort, time, and donations from the alumni who are helping with the renovations of the house and parking lot. The basketball court has been repainted and a new rim has been added as well. Our new EC consists of Dave Wilkens (GM), Nick Wood (GP), Mike Kane (GMC), Harris Kaplan (GS), and Everett Mitchell (GT). We are anticipating on sending an alumni newsletter out towards the end of April so be looking for it the first week of May. WE would also like to send our support to the brothers of Kappa Sigma and the rest of the armed forces who are protecting our country.
