Shirtless Day in Winter
Luckily when I arrived back in
Porthcothan it had stopped raining,
so I was able to have a proper
walk around that beach.  Then I
decided to take a walk along the
cliff path.  It felt really warm now
but it was soon going to be dark
so eventually and reluctantly I
stopped and turned round.
Then......I saw this woman and
her dog on the path behind me!!
Scary moment now, but I had to
pass her on this narrow path!
I said "hello" more to her dog than
her as it was nearer, but it was
the first time I had "inter-acted"
all afternoon, and she smiled too!!
Great!

Well I was home again at 645,
having been out for 6 hours
without any shirt available to me.

I will never forget this day I had,
the places I went, the cold I felt
having lunch and in that shelter.
The rain on my chest, the casually
walking across the car park in
Padstow,   and also, I'll remember
people and their expressions,
those who smiled, because some
did; the only one who looked
scornful; and those who went so
close who just carried on with
their business, and allowed me to
carry on with mine, which was to be a
shirtless guy having an afternoon
out in January!!!

Thanks to everyone, and to u for
reading this!!!
