Attendance:

All meetings are considered mandatory! You will be allowed one absence (excused or unexcused). After that, you will be fined $5. After 3 absences, you will be placed on probation for one month where you will be required to participate in ALL Kappa events (i.e.: study nights, movie nights, etc.).

Dues:

Local is $25. National is $50 and is due by Febuary 15th.

Retreat:

There will be a mandatory sisterhood retreat sometime this semester (exact date TBA).

Meeting Rules:

• There is a lot of unnecessary chit-chat going on during meetings. At the end of each meeting, we will make time for everyone to share what happened during their week so please save it till the end. This will make meetings go much smoother and much faster.
  
  
• Please turn off all cell phones and/or pagers. We don't need extra disturbances.
  
  
• Meetings will start at 6:30pm exactly and expect to be there until 9pm. We may finish early or go a little over so try to schedule things around that time frame.

Semester Requirements:

• Everyone is required to attend at least one study night a week. There are 4 available nights (Monday - Thursday). The time and place will be determined by the group leader (more than likely, they will email everyone when it is their day).
  
  
• Everyone needs to participate in at least 6 hours of community service during the semester. Some we may do as a group, others will be individual.
