There you will find your total and shipping costs. We need your print out to correctly process and mail your order. Shipping is not added until you hit "Checkout" "Checkout" will give you the order total page. You do not need to complete this page if you are ordering via mail. We need a copy of this page also, because it contains the order total, including shipping. Because shipping is based on the total price, it is best to let the program caculate your shipping costs. If you include you email address along with your check or money order, we will email you with; when your order was processed and when it was shipped. Please write on the order form that you are over the age of 18. We do not ship to minors. Don't forget to include your mailing address. If you do not include your mailing address, your order form, check and/or money order will be sent back to you at your own cost. *You can also pay by credit card or check by using www.paypal.com.* Please tell us what you are ordering and where to send it in the paypal email.
