Inspirat de hayek Reductio si indecidabilitas
Evident, studiaza paralela intre "thr can be no perfect translation between these languages" si "there can be no adequate expression of my feelings".
Ig i understand anything at all, a mathematical intuitionist shd reject all statements of non-existence. THEREFORE DUMMETT SHD REJECT INCOMENSURABILITY OF REFERENCE...HIHIHI...PAI TOCMAI ANTIREALISTII CRED IN INCOMENSURABILITY OF REFERENCE, deci nu confunda several meanings of realism/antirealism. Of course believing in incomensurability --> belief in predicting future. ("no matter how many trials you had...")
Like saying: "there will never be a year when the catholic easter and the ortodox easter coincide" (modifica exemplul cu chestii evreiesti. But such a statement can obviously be tested _now_ as true or false!
If hayek's argument for Familieahnung is correct, then Familieahnung --> incomensurability: i.e. hayek's argument stands for incomensurability.
i.e. no two terms overlap extensionally; no term overlaps extensionally with a class of concepts, no matter how related.
CONTRA: But i can find an argument against incomensurability: if one truly believes in incumensurability, then one has no reason 4 believing tht any occurrence of a term is xtensionally equivalent with another occurrence of the same term.
how can i know that Newton means the same thing (extenstion) by "mass" in any, at least in two, different occurrences of this word in his work? LA drept vorbin, comentatorii au ticul de a spune ca autorul comentat means this term to point to different things....un exemplu spumos e Frege cu Sinn...hihihi!
