Remember Me? Chapter 10 "Why don't you want to talk to me?" he asked softly. "It isn't that I don't want to talk to you. It's just BeeJ called me earlier and wanted to talk so I told her I would return her call I'm sorry I understand if you don't want me calling anymore" Trinity mumbled as she cursed her luck. "What makes you think that?" he demanded. "Look Nick I am not in the mood for this type of discussion" Trinity sighed as she rolled onto her side. "This type of discussion?" he questioned. "Yes this type of discussion. The type that changes things and complicates them" Trinity muttered. "Well I think it is way past that" "Since when did things have to become so complicated!" Trinity complained exasperated. "They wouldn't have to be so complicated if you would just be honest with me" he said plainly. Chewing nervously on her bottom lip Trinity said nothing for a moment as the silence between them seemed to take on its own life. "What are you talking about?" she finally managed quietly."Tell me the truth." He asked quietly. Closing her eyes Trinity saw his face in her mind. But it was no longer the face of a 11 year old boy. It was the face of a boy on the brink of becoming a man. A face of someone she wanted to stop herself from loving. "The truth? I might die" Trinity said finally.
