Destiny Is Everything Chapter 6 - Nick's Blessings It was nearly 2 p.m. The sun was blazing hot, as Nick and Brian lay on the sand. Nick turned so that he was now face-down on his towel. "Brian?", Nick asked. "Mmm?", Brian said. "You were mumbling in your sleep before. What were you dreaming about?", Nick inquired. "I was?", Brian asked in surprise. "You was...You said something like "Danielle, don't go-I need you," with a bunch of mmm's squeezed in between," Nick told him. "Oh," Brian said, blushing. Nick turned so he could see Brian's face. "Ooh, Brian. Why are you turning so red?!", Nick taunted. "Oh, shut up, Nick," Brian turned so Nick couldn't see his face. Nick got up and walked to Brian's other side. He sat down cross-legged and went on," Do you really like Danielle? I mean, like, really like her?" "Yeah...gosh, she's just so wonderful. She's beautiful, sexy, intelligent, witty, and so...so real. You know? She's not pretentious or anything, and I think she likes me for me- not for my money, fame, celebrity or whatever. I think she's a real keeper, Nick," Brian gushed passionately. "Brian, I'm real happy for you. All teasing aside, I think it's fabulous that you and Danielle are together. You have my blessings, man," Nick said earnestly. "Thanks." "And if you ever need me, know that I'm always right here for you," Nick continued. " 'K...Consider the offer returned." Brian grinned. As the day wore on, Nick and Brian had their lunch and swam in the sun-warmed water. Later, Kevin came by and joined in on the fun. By now, all the other BSB knew about Danielle whether it was from Brian himself or through another BSB. Kevin told Brian to introduce Danielle to him and Brian said, "When I get the chance, you'll all meet her." Brian left Kevin with Nick and went back to the beach house.
