Chapter 10 - Sweet Heaven

When morning came and the sun was shining brightly through Danielle's window, she got up and threw on a bathrobe. She proceeded to walk lightly down the stairs in case Brian was still sleeping. When she got there, Danielle saw that Brian had awoke.

"Hi, princess," Brian greeted her.

" 'Morning, Brian," Danielle answered, "Want some breakfast?"

"That'd be nice."

"Okay, then. The bowl's are in the cabinet, the cereal's directly next to it in the adjacent cupboard to the left, and there's milk in the fridge," Danielle informed him with a small smile.

"So do I help myself or will I at least get some assistance?" Brian asked, not knowing she was playing with him.

"I was kidding, Brian. Would I really force you to eat only that? [in a humoring tone]...Tell me what you wanna have, sweetie."

" 'K...How 'bout some sunnyside eggs, french toast, and fresh o.j.?" "As you wish, my love," and with that, Danielle began towards the direction of the kitchen. As she was nearly done, Brian, having showered and washed up, came over to her. He slipped his arms around Danielle's waist and began kissing her neck.

"Hey, hey. I can't concentrate with you doing that," she said.

"Forget the breakfast, then. I'm satisfied doing this."

"Brian."

"Please?"

She could do nothing but give in to the sensual feeling Brian's neck kisses gave her. She turned around so that she was facing him. "Mmm, this is paradise," Danielle murmured. She kissed Brian on the lips, savoring the sweetness and comfort of them. She then teased him a bit by playfully giving him light, fleeting kisses on his chin, nose, forehead, eyes, cheek, and neck. She lingered for quite a while on his neck. Brian moaned out of ecstasy (how else could you label the sounds he was making?). After twenty minutes, she stopped.

"No more?" Brian asked in a tiny voice.

"We've gotta eat." She went to re-heat the food since everything had gotten cold by now.

"That was superb," Brian commended Danielle on her cooking.

"Ha, only my breakfast cooking is that good. All other stuff, I either wind up burning it or making it really hard and bland."

"Well then, you could just eat breakfast all day long."

Danielle laughed and got up tp put the dishes and glasses in the dish washer.

Brian went upstairs to the bathroom. As he washed his hands, he looked closer into the mirror and noticed the beginning signs of a hickey on his neck. He groaned softly, knowing how much flack he'd get from the other guys, especially the nosey one--Nick. It was too hot and humid to wear a turtleneck. Oh well, he figured, he'd just deal with it when they did notice--and knowing the guys, it wouldn't be too long. Brian finished up and went back downstairs. He kissed Danielle goodbye and told her he'd see her later.
