Kazuki Takahashi

Kazuki Takahashi was born on October 4, 1961 in Tokyo. He frist tried to break into the manga buisness in 1982, but wasn't sucessful until Yu-Gi-Oh debuted in Weekly Shounen Jump magazine in 1996. The anime version appeared in 2000 and became an immediate hit, spawning the real life card game, video games, and 2 anime series. 23 million comics have been sold thus far. Yu-Gi-Oh!'s appeal has spread across every facet of the media, and Kazuki Takahashi is now known as one of Japan's foremost comic artists.
