At the beginning, you need some place to keep your earnings. There are some internet banks, where your money will wait till you to transfer/withdraw it to your local Indian bank account. Personally, I advise Paypal , which is accepted in all companies, and you don't have to pay any extra fees for transfer from the company. Some others are Moneybookers, Stormpay, E-gold etc. PayPal is the most Favored and Trusted Online Payment System, as its part of e-bay. However, the catch is that you to wait till you accumulate $150 here to ask for cheque in Indian Rupees. Also, you 've to add your Credit Card here to accept Payments. When we have got an account, we can move on to earning. How to earn? First of all we need to find a company which will pay us for reading their advertisements. Don't worry; you don't have to look for it by yourself. In the web site links page, I have put some of the best and checked companies. You will need an e-mail address; be careful which e-mail address you give. If you don't receive a return/confirmation e-mail after signing up, try another account, because some of them treat these e-mails like spam. Tip: Use a Gmail account. With over 2+GB size, and numerous other benefits, u'll turn it into a money making machine in no time. Do Not use your existing accounts as most of the Paid E-mails that you receive will be treated as junk. When we already have an account in the company, we can start earning. After logging in, in the members area, you can see some sections, but let's concentrate on the most important - My Earnings, Inbox, Paid2Click and sometimes important are also Referral Stats and Redemption Area. Inbox is the section, where you can read your e-mails and Paid2Click is the page, where you can find some banners to click. On both of these pages you can earn money. Referral Stats is where you can see your referrals. Sometimes you can find it in the Earnings page. Referral center or Referral Link is where you can get your link to promote your site to other people. And in Redemption Area you request Pay Out. Remember!!! Never click on links which say "don't click" or "cheat link". These are traps for people who use scripts to open mail and you can loose some earnings or even be deleted if you click it.

Advertising and Referrals- How to get people to join under you?
Well the answer is easy; you have to advertise your referral link from the site you want people to join at. There are four ways to advertise:

• You give ads in the other PTR's with Your own money (E-gold/Paypal transfer).
  Advantages: Instant advertisement to thousands of people.
  Disadvantages: You loose money. I don't recommend this one.
   

• You buy ads in your own PTR site with your earnings.
  Advantages: You don't loose real money.
  Disadvantages: You loose money towards pay out, thus it will take longer to reach minimum. Good idea but not the best.
   

• Make your own site and put it in the net.
  Advantages: You can give more than one PTR site and it's all free.
  Disadvantages: It takes a lot of time to create, update and advertise your site. For the advanced users only.
   

• Finally- join sites which pay in ads only. Here you can spend your earned money on ads. Advantages: You don't loose real money; you are not more distant from pay out when you buy ads.
  Disadvantages: there are less people in adds only sites than in paying, but still it means about 50000 potential referrals for you. There are some adds only sites on my list, I chose them because they have the best conditions of add buying, short time of earning before you can buy an add and sometimes they offer real money as bonus.
