February 17, 2001: Sorry for the long delay in updating the site, and I want to thank everyone that emailed me and asked if I was doing alright. It's good to know someone other than me is getting use out of my work. Real life took over pretty heavy in the last month, but things have cooled down for the moment. In this update I have five new humanoid species: Beniya, Nelwyn (from the movie Willow), Noctural, Wizen, and Xarkos. You can find them in the Creatures section. Look for updates to converted creatures (mostly descriptions and societal information) as well as expanded modern and futuristic weapon choices.
January 18, 2001: I finished my conversion of Lupin characters found originally in Dragon #237, and I updated my Alternity Cybernetics conversion as well. (You'd do well to update that file since I changed some key rules.) Some updates to material are coming. Expect to see descriptions and society information for converted creatures, as well as a good polishing of converted Alternity and Gamma World creatures. This will make the stats useful to gamers as a whole rather than just those with the original source material (which is out-of-print and in some cases rather hard to find).
January 10, 2001: Another quick update. Posted now are Gith, an updated Leprechaun, and PC stats for various Rakastan races, Avariel Elves, and the "Wee Folk" presented in Dragon #262 (minus Grippli which have PC rules worked into the monster entry on this site).
January 9, 2001: Quick update today. I've got some new conversions for you: Bird Maidens, a Swanmay update, and PC rules for 4 other shapechanging bird-folk, and hengeyokai as well.
January 6, 2001: Happy New Year! Yes, I am alive, and yes, the Boneyard is also still alive. December was very busy with the holidays and visiting family members, that my writing took a bit of a back seat. I have been working however. The newest project is the development of a totally randomized world using D&D 3rd Edition rules. The idea came to me after my group had a blast just running through a random dungeon in the style of Warhammer Quest. Once completed (don't look for it anytime soon), you will be able to play an entire campaign, including quests without a DM to run the show. Don't expect much roleplaying here, though I'm sure the world can be used in a more mainstream campaign, this is designed to be a "pick up and go" system to play when you need a break from traditional D&D sessions. So far I have a few NPC's and the core rules governing treasure determination and such written, but no maps as of yet. This is mostly a house-rules system, since I have designed the game to be ran in conjunction with Warhammer Quest board pieces and the Diablo 2: Diablerie book, so it may not be for everyone.
As for regular site updates, I have a couple Star Wars species conversions from D6 up, and a couple old 2E AD&D monsters converted over to 3E. Also, since WotC has released an official version of the aurumvorax, I have removed mine from the site. I hope you keep coming back.
