Chapter 18
An annoying shrill of laughter caught the attention of Diamond as she rounded the corner of the empty hotel hallway. She recognized it the instant she heard it, it was none other than Kara or Gina as she was known. Diamond stopped to watch. Kara was having a very interactive conversation with Justin and he didn't seemed at all irritated by her. He was quite into whatever they were so giddily taking about. They had been having many conversations and laughs with one another, sometimes she would openly flirt with him for the past 2 weeks and this put Diamond on edge especially since he never turned down her flirtatious actions. She didn't want Justin becoming buddy-buddy with Kara. She knew this was going to be a dreadful tour and there was 2 1/2 more months to go.

Catching Diamond's presence out of the corner of her eye, she decided to play a little game. She was persistent in getting her relied up to spit the truth, that was the big story Jamie wanted. When Diamond's attention was broken by the male voices, Kara decided that this was her moment, she took one long look at Justin and grabbed him into a passionate kiss. Justin was took by surprised as well as Lonnie who stood dumb folded by the scene. Diamond just stood there with a open mouth watching and hoping that Justin will pull away just as quick; that didn't happen, Kara had a strong grip on his face.

Storming past them, Diamond, opened her hotel room and slammed the door.Kara had released him quick enough for him to se that he was caught red-handed by Diamond. Kara put her best innocent and apologetic look she could muster up."Oh, I'm so sorry. I really shouldn't have kissed you, but I just-" Wiping his lips, he gave her her a gesture to stop talking.

"Just don't let it happen again. It's sweet of you, but I could never love you the way I do for Michelle." Trying her best not to making gagging noises from his little confession, she quietly exited. Justin turned to Lonnie and all the man could do was give him a very disappointed look and went back to his paper.

Rubbing his eyes, he felt an amount of pressure built up. He had no clue how he was going to explain this to her and she probably wouldn't believe him. He had noticed that from the start, Michelle hadn't taken a liking to Gina when she first arrived. It was as if Gina was a possible threat and Justin didn't quite understand it. He tried on occasions bring Gina up, but Michelle would quickly dismiss it or get pissed at him. Pulling out an extra spare key to her room, Justin entered and went straight to the bedroom and there he found her staring at nothing.

"Michelle-" His sentence was cut off by her scoffing at the name. Moving towards her, he tried to touch her, she moved away towards the window. Sighing, he knew this was going to be a long process and explanation.

"Mish, I didn't kiss her willingly ok? We were talking about funny stories that happened to us and out of nowhere, she just grabs me and kisses me with a tight ass gripe. It was like she was holding on for dare life. I don't love or care for her the way I do for you. I didn't like the kiss or want it to happen again....... say something, anything," Justin pleaded.

"Just leave me alone for a few hours than I can talk to you," she said in a monotone voice. Seeing that she wasn't going to budge and that it would be best to let her have some time, he left quietly. Once she heard the click of the door, she let out a long sigh.
God this is so hard. I really shouldn't be hurt and angry at Justin. Kara is the one to blame. I should have known she would pull a trick like that. Ok, breath D, breath. You have to calm down and go talk to Justin. Walking to the door, she came face-to-face with Kara, who had a proud smirk on her face. Diamond's facial expression turned cold and she waited for whatever remark Kara was going to say.

"Hi Michelle! What's up?" Looking at her like she was stupid, she dragged her inside the room and the act dropped.

"What the hell is your problem? That idea you pulled out there was a good one, but I'm not stupid. I've seen as well as played the trick many times."

"Nothings the matter. I was just curious as to how Justin's lips felt. Let's just say, they felt amazing. I thought the appearance was deceiving, but boy, they are perfect! You and him should probably kiss more often, you have no clue what your missing by not devouring those plump lips," she said, walking around Diamond's room. Kara words were making Diamond very angry, but she had to keep reminding herself what a threat Kara was to her and the sake of Justin's heart.

"Get out, out, out, out! I don't want to hear another word from you," she demanded. Rolling her eyes, Kara began to exit but not without an warning.

"Darling Diamond, remember I'm the one thing that can ruin this whole little fairytale of yours. I know if Justin found out the real reason you were here, he would drop you like a sack of potatoes. He'll be so hurt and devastated that the woman he was falling madly in love with was a traitor. I, on the other hand wouldn't give a rats ass if they found out about me afterwards because I really don't give a shit about them." Giving a smug smile, she left the room, leaving Diamond feeling terrible.

A lone tear dropped from her cheek and she wiped that one away, but like always, more followed. Grabbing her cell phone, she dialed the familiar 7-digit number and waited for the person to answer.

"Hello, Tia Morales speaking how may I help you?"

Sniffing very loudly, she let out a moaned cry." I'm a very bad person T. I don't deserve his love."

"Diamond, don't cry honey. What's going on?," Tia worriedly spoke as she dismissed her secretary.

"Everything. I want out. I'm going to quit."
