| Albert Carl William Gerhardt Albert was born on April 3, 1860 at Gramzow, Brandenburg, Germany. He was the son of Godfrey Gerhardt and Wilhelmina Toubier. In 1882 Albert and his brother, Herman, came to the US and lived for a year in St. Joseph, MO. In the following year he moved to Craig, MO. He married Tina Janssen Osterbur, on March 7, 1888, Atchison Co.,Rockport, MO by Pastor B. Sickel. A photocopy of their Marriage License. In 1904 they moved to Jackson Co., KS. He was the father of Rosa Gerhardt, Herman John Gerhardt, Bill Gerhardt, and Erna Gerhardt Baker He died: Nov. 18, 1943. |
