Recruiting History:
Kesha Amonette, President of Amonette Recruiting Solutions has been in the pharma/medical recruiting industry for nine years. Kesha started her career with MRI/Sales Consultants of Oklahoma City in August of 1996. After two and ½ years with MRI she formed Amonette Recruiting Solutions.
Kelley Gonzalez, Vice President of Amonette Recruiting has been recruiting in the medical industry for seven years. Our staff’s combined recruiting experience totals almost 16 years. We have hired other Account Executives and look forward to much future success.

Amonette Recruiting Solutions works nationwide specializing in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales/clinical and most recently the entertainment industries; therefore we keep up with industry news and find viable candidates for our clients’.
We work with stellar non-industry and industry experienced sales reps, medical liaison reps, clinical, and sales/management level candidates. Our database currently includes over 20,000 degreed and qualified candidates. Approximately 70% of the candidates have experience and the other 30% are strong outside sales candidates from top companies.
